During all the first week of June (from 5th to 9th) a representative of ASU dr. Judita Kasperiuniene from Centre of Cultural Communication and Education with the support from Erasmus plus staff- mobility programme participated in the International Summer School of Grounded Theory and Qualitative Methods (II edition) in Pisa university, Italy. The International Summer School attracted many scholars, PhD students and qualitative research professionals and was lead by professors Anne Ryen (University of Adger, Norway), Thaddeus Muller (University of Lancaster, UK), Michael Dellwing (University of Kassel, Germany), Krzysztof Konecki (University of Lodz, Poland), Andrea Salvini (University of Pisa, Italy), Roberto Cipriani (University of Roma Tre, Italy) and many more. Considerable importance was attached to the practical and communitarian dimensions, by constituting working groups and promoting the exchange of experience and good practice in this field.
The knowledge gained during the trainings from the most advanced scholars in social science methodology are introduced to academic community at Aleksandras Stulginskis University. This help to improve not only research but university teaching in master study programme “Vocational education”.
