Dr. Dalia Perkumienė, assoc. professor of the Faculty of Economics and Management visited the University of Szeged (Hungary) on November 6-10, 2017 under the teachers exchange program ERASMUS +.
The main purpose of the visit was to share and to get experience in those fields: international private and labour law as the practice and research in international labour law requires knowledge of foreign law, the ability to compare different legal systems and to value their advantages and disadvantages.
During the visit master and bachelor students of Szeged university faculties of law and agriculture got acquainted with the principles of labour law in Lithuania and other EU countries.
During the visit ASU teacher was introduced to the study process and researches at the Faculty of law.
During the visit the teacher also had a possibility to participate in the International seminar “Actualities of international labour law.” Presentation topic was: “Working contract legal regulation (under a new Lithuanian labour code) in the context of the European Union law”. During the seminar also were made new contacts and the teacher had meetings and scientific discussions with professors of law from Spain, Finland, China, Hungary, Turkey and Denmark.
This visit would contribute to the strengthening of relations between relevant institutions of both universities in the academic and scientific field.
